Going for goals!

Date: 7th Jan 2016 @ 3:59pm

In our SEAL topic this half term we have been focusing on going for goals. In Hazel class we have looked at targets that we could set ourselves and how we could achieve these. Each member of Hazel class has made their own target and explained how we could achieve it and who could help us.

As it is January, lots of people make targets for themselves, so lets see if we can help each other and achieve these targets.

Below are some examples of our targets:

- To learn my 6 times table, to achieve this I will practice everyday, my teacher, friends and family can help me. (Leona)

- To improve my handwriting, to achieve this I will try everyday at making my handwriting clear during my English lessons and I will practice at home aswell. My teacher and my family can help me with this. (Adam and Kieran)

- To use different sentence strutures in my writing, I will achieve this by focusing on my sentence stuctures during my English lessons and when I am reading, I will write down interesting sentence starters that I could use in my own writing. My teacher and my family can help me do this. (Rylee)

At the end of this half term, we will be kicking a football into a net to symbolise us achieving our goal. So, lets get cracking with our targets!

Hazel class would love to know what your target is. Please write a comment below to tell us your goal :).
