The School Councillors ran closed elections to appoint children to the important roles within the Council. Councillors gave speeches to explain why they thought they would be good in a certain position. Everybody was keen to do a job and pupils showed great resilience if they weren't elected to a particular role they were keen on.
All these roles are important and ensure that the meetings run smoothly and that jobs get done.
Congratulations to all - you are proving to be a fabulous School Council, bursting with ideas, enthusiastic and supportive of each other and keen to play your part in improving your school.
