The Varmints

In our English lessons, we have been looking at a new book called "The Varmints" by Helen Ward. The children have been learning the story through a story map, this is where they perform the story with actions and phrases taken from the book to help them learn the story. This approach worked really well when we learnt the story "The Captive Celt" so with that in mind we thought we would use this approach again.

The children have worked really hard to learn the story so I thought it would be lovely to share it with everyone else.
