All the Colours of the Rainbow!

It was lovely to welcome the children back after half term.

What did you think of the rainbow colours? I remember the children talking to the architect and explaining that they wanted their new building to be bright and beautiful so that our school would stand out. Well done children, you have certainly achieved that. Hopefully now everybody will know where our Rainbow Building is and how proud we are of our school.

We've enjoyed a busy and rich first week, including Harvest Festival, Year 1's lovely visit to Reaseheath where the children enjoyed playing in the autumn leaves, reception's visit to the library and rounded off by the children having fun at the Bonfire Boogie which was organised by our Friends of Willow Wood!

I was really pleased to see lots of family members joining in school life through attending the Harvest Festival, accompanying the Y1 visit, joining our reception children at the library and organising the disco.
