Year 4 Dance Day

Last week, year 4 went to the Lifestyle Centre in Winsford for a dance day. Lots of schools from the Winsford area came to celebrate dance together. We had two dance teachers who taught us the dances in the morning and then in the afternoon we had a huge competition where we competed to be in the finals. Willow Wood made a huge effort and many children made it into the finals and lots of us got certificates. I am so impressed at the effort and attitude of all the children who took part. We had a fabulous day and the children had huge smiles on their faces. It was lovely to see so many children enjoying themselves and participating in this sport. This links with our healthy living and how exercise is good for us and keeps us fit.
