National poetry Day 2018

Today, Thursday 4 October 2018, is National Poetry Day and the theme is Change.

What an amazing sharing assembly we had this morning to celebrate National Poetry Day!

All the classes had learnt a poem to perform to the rest of the school, including our youngest learners in Reception!

We had poems about resilience, friendship, harvest, worms and Big Ben!  We learnt that you can write a poem about anything!
