Permission granted!

I am delighted to tell you that we have received planning permission for our new build design!

So now it is all systems go!

Plans will be on display during the Summer Celebration Open Afternoon on Wednesday 19th July so please come along between 2.30pm and 5.30pm.

You will see the builders arriving on site soon after school closes for summer. The first job will be to refurbish the classrooms and toilets so that the younger children can be accomodated in the Rainbow Building and Y5 and Y6 will re-locate to the Sunshine Building where they can thrive as the most mature and independent learners at Willow Wood in the Upper School block. This work will be completed ready for children to return to school on Wednesday 6th September 2017.

The second phase of the build will continue into the autumn term as the new Early Years department, consisting of a purpose built nursery and reception classes, will be developed. This is due to be opened in January 2018.

This is a very exciting and special time for Willow Wood!
