Rainbow Building Celebration!

Wow, what a fantastic day we had officially celebrating our new Rainbow building. It was lovely to see so many of our parents, past colleagues, members of the community and the team that helped design and build the building. The children looked fantastic in their rainbow coloured t-shirts and we were all so proud of them for their hard work and perfomances on the day. 

We also welcomed Mark Parkinson who is the Director of Education. He said he was very impressed by how amazing the children, staff and our new environment were. He also praised all the staff for their hard work and how it was evident that they had all contributed to the succesful journey that Willow Wood has taken along with governors and partners. 

After the asembly we all enjoyed some delicious rainbow cake that was baked by the very talented Laura Nelson one of our Family Support Worker. All the children had a cake during their parties on Friday. A big thank you to everyone who has contibruted towards the new build and for coming to celebrate with us.
