Chester Zoo

Year 6 thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Chester Zoo. We started our visit with an Evolution workshop:Ed and Steph (zoologists) talked to us about Charles Darwin, Natural selection and how giraffes shared a common ancestor with the Okapi. The children discussed how each organism was adapted to its environment. We then explored the zoo in our class groups.
