Give It All You've Got!

Date: 25th Nov 2017 @ 8:25am

We sang, ‘Give it all you’ve got’ to parents, carers and friends at our Anti-Bullying Assembly on Friday and that is certainly what the children did!

Children shared their learning around bullying. Y2 showed us their helping hands, friendship bracelets and anti-bullying slogans such as, ‘Be a buddy not a bully!’ and, ‘Niceness is priceless.’ Y4 shared their learning around different types of bullying and performed an anti-bullying drama, which they had practised at break times. Y6 explained how we started anti-bullying fortnight off with an odd-socks day and a special assembly and how PC Amy had visited them. They had made an anti-bullying tree and written some powerful poems which they shared.

Well done children now please make sure that you put your learning into practise at school, at home and when you are out and about in the community.

Remember actions speak louder than words!
