We have been really lucky in Recepton this term and had lots of different visitors come into school to talk about their job. Last week the firemen came in and we were all really excited as we have all pretended to be a firefighter in our outdoor role play area. The firemen told us about all the important jobs that they do everyday and what they need to wear. Some of the children were lucky enough to try on the special uniform. Unfortunately we couldn't go into the fire engine as they had to go on an emergency call out but we waved them off and listened to the sirens.
